On May 15, 2025, LOCACUISINES opened the doors of its production facility in Lespinasse for a day unlike any other. This open house had a clear goal: to introduce visitors toor reintroduce them to—our world, our expertise in modular kitchen rentals, and our commitment to reliable, responsive, and sustainable service.

Dive into the world of modular systems

Throughout the day, visitors and partners had the opportunity to explore our work environment and gain a better understanding of what goes on behind the scenes. For the occasion, several full-scale installations were set up to immerse guests in real-world operating conditions:

  • A faithful recreation of the Arcangues kitchen, featuring the same kitchen units, the same professional equipment, and the same layout, allowing you to experience firsthand what a fully operational pop-up kitchen is like.
  • A walk-in cooler, such as those available for rent for events or construction sites.
  • A section of Mylocacuisines.fr, our website dedicated to kitchen equipment rentals, where several flagship items were on display: a plancha grill, a stainless steel table, a refrigerated cabinet, a blast chiller, a 10-tier oven, and more.
  • Several Quick & Eat containers: one of which was used by our caterer to demonstrate the versatility and performance of these ready-to-use units.
  • A modular dining area, demonstrating our ability to deliver complete temporary dining spaces.

A concrete way to demonstrate our expertise in professional equipment rental, commercial kitchen rental, and, more broadly, pop-up kitchen rental.

Visit to FCSI France

We were honored to welcome several members of the FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International). LOCACUISINES recently joined this international network of consultants specializing in foodservice engineering. The FCSI plays a vital role in shaping industry practices and standards. Membership in this organization allows LOCACUISINES to actively participate in discussions about the future of institutional and commercial foodservice, and to promote its modular kitchen rental solutions as concrete answers to current market needs.

Customers, suppliers, partners: a memorable event

The event also provided an opportunity to welcome our customers, suppliers, and partners from all over France, who turned out in large numbers. They were able to get an up-close look at our equipment and production process, ask questions, talk with our teams, and get a sense of the full scope of our offerings. For some, this visit provided an opportunity to discover our comprehensive approach to kitchen rentals, from module design to on-site delivery, including the equipment available for rent.

And because a company thrives on the people who make it up…

Finally, the event was also open to our employees’ families. Children, spouses, and parents were invited to come and explore the world of modular construction, including the workshops, offices, modules, and equipment. For some, it was an opportunity to gain a concrete understanding of the sometimes complex or less visible roles our teams play. It was a simple yet powerful way to highlight the work accomplished every day and foster a shared sense of pride.

This day served as a reminder of just how valuable it is to take the time to demonstrate, explain, give tours, and share. It brought together those who manufacture, those who operate, those who make decisions, and those who provide support. In a field as technical as professional kitchen rental, these moments of openness are essential: they allow us to better understand one another, to work better together… and to move forward, collectively, toward solutions that are ever more effective, practical, and sustainable.
