When using the locacuisines.fr website, Locaconcept may collect the following personal data through its forms:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Department
- Company name
- Resume and cover letter (application forms)
This data is collected for the following purposes:
- Processing and responding to contact requests
- Processing applications and recruitment
- Internal statistics on website usage
- Commercial and marketing communications (subject to consent)
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) - for quote requests and job applications
- Legitimate interest of Locaconcept (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) - for statistics and website security
4. Data Retention Period
Contact information: 3 years from the last contact.
Rejected applications: 2 years from receipt, unless otherwise agreed by the applicant.
Browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum.
Accounting data: 10 years (legal requirement).
5. Recipients of the Data
The data collected is intended for Locaconcept’s internal departments. It may also be shared with the following technical service providers:
- Webflow, Inc. (website hosting) - servers in the United States
- Google (analytics, reCAPTCHA, advertising) - servers in the United States
- YouTube (embedded videos) - servers in the United States
- LinkedIn (social buttons) - servers in the United States
- Cookiebot / Cybot A/S (cookie consent management) - servers in Europe
- CALLIWEB (technical service provider for website development) No personal data is sold to third parties.
6. Data Transfers Outside the European Union
Some of our service providers (Webflow, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) are based in the United States. These data transfers are primarily based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on July 10, 2023, in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR. All of these service providers are DPF-certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce. You can verify their certification on the official registry: www.dataprivacyframework.gov
In the event that the adequacy decision regarding the DPF is suspended or invalidated, these transfers would be governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.For more information: dpo@locacuisines.fr
