Our commitment CSR: A responsible approach at the heart of our rental business

Choosing to rent a temporary kitchen or professional kitchen equipment is, in itself, a choice for a more responsible approach: fewer resources used, less waste generated, and no unnecessary capital expenditure. At LocaCuisines, we have made this philosophy the very foundation of our business.  As a socially responsible company, we set concrete goals for ourselves (in environmental, social, and local community terms) because our clients deserve a partner who shares their values.

Renting a commercial kitchen or equipment means choosing a model where nothing goes to waste. Rented equipment is maintained, refurbished, and then passed on to a new user. It lasts longer, consumes fewer resources, and its full potential is realized.

It’s also a decision that has a direct impact on your environmental footprint. By choosing to rent, you benefit from an operational solution tailored to your needs, without generating waste or unnecessary capital expenditure.

To take this transparency even further, we systematically calculate the carbon footprint of every modular kitchen we deploy. Because making a commitment also means having the ability to measure and prove it.

Our commitment is recognized: we are EcoVadis Platinum certified, a distinction awarded to the top 1% of the world’s most environmentally responsible companies.
EcoVadis Platinum certification with a "Top 1%" rating and a sustainability rating valid through June 2025.

2026 Activity Report & CSR Review

Every year, LocaCuisines publishes its CSR report. It details the initiatives we have undertaken, the results we have achieved, and the goals we have set for the coming years. This document is available to everyone—customers, partners, and employees—and accurately reflects our current situation and our progress.

Practical innovations for a more sustainable kitchen

We integrate high-performance solutions to reduce the environmental impact of our facilities and make them directly available to our customers.
CO₂ cold rooms, white roofs to limit heat islands, solar panels installed on our modules, energy optimizers…these are just some of the innovations that help sustainably reduce the environmental impact of modular kitchens.
We are also taking action along the logistics chain by using biofuel for transportation, in order to limit emissions associated with on-site deliveries.

Our goal is simple: to enable our customers to benefit from high-performance kitchens, while working together to reduce the carbon footprint of the installations.
