Workshop Supervisor (M/F)
As a market leader in the rental of modular kitchens and professional kitchen equipment, LocaCuisines (a brand of the Locaconcept group) designs and installs custom-made, transportable, and ready-to-use temporary modular kitchens. These kitchens are suitable for all types of off-site catering (canteens, festivals, businesses, hospitals, schools, correctional facilities, nursing homes, etc.). Each module is equipped with high-performance professional equipment: ovens, refrigerated cabinets, dishwashers, sauté pans, storage units, break rooms, dining areas, and more. We are currently looking for a Workshop Manager (M/F).
Reporting to the Production Manager, this position plays a key role in the organization, coordination, and performance of production operations.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Workshop Manager, he ensures that production activities run smoothly while meeting SQCD requirements (Safety, Quality, Costs, Deadlines). In this role, his main responsibilities are:
- Ensure compliance with schedules, deadlines, and established production targets
- Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines and standards
- Optimize inventory and supplies management
- Lead and support teams to maintain a high-performing and collaborative work environment
- Identify, analyze, and report production issues or challenges that could impact team performance or cohesion
- Ensure the quality of our products by conducting rigorous inspections before shipment
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing working conditions
Desired Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of workshop production processes
- Recognized leadership skills, ability to bring teams together and support them
- Diligence, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities
- Analytical mindset and the ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations
- Strong motivation to be part of a transformative business initiative
- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a culture of safety
- A Class B driver's license is required (frequent travel)
