Site Manager (M/F)
As a market leader in the rental of modular kitchens and professional kitchen equipment, LocaCuisines (a brand of the Locaconcept group) designs and installs custom-made, transportable, and ready-to-use temporary modular kitchens. These kitchens are suitable for all types of off-site catering (canteens, festivals, businesses, hospitals, schools, correctional facilities, nursing homes, etc.). Each module is equipped with high-performance professional equipment: ovens, refrigerated cabinets, dishwashers, sauté pans, storage units, break rooms, dining areas, and more. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you are the Site Manager and are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the project from start to finish (planning, execution, and delivery).
You are in charge of the entire project.
As a Project Manager, you oversee various construction sites of different sizes and durations—from project kickoff through to project delivery to clients.
You ensure that projects comply with regulations and meet quality standards while adhering to scheduled deadlines and delivering the expected results.
You ensure effective communication among the various stakeholders and the successful completion of the project, particularly within the allocated budgets.
The safety of construction sites and all those involved is your top priority.
With experience in public procurement and competitive bidding, you are well-versed in interacting with various stakeholders:
- End customers or intermediaries (engineering firms, general contractors, etc.),
- Internal clients (account managers, sales administration, etc.)
- External suppliers (transportation, crane services, subcontractors, etc.)
- Internal suppliers (site managers, production, etc.)
You play a vital role in the customer experience—and therefore in customer satisfaction—by representing the company and serving as the primary point of contact for our partners.

- Review the administrative and technical requirements of the construction project (specifications, technical specifications, contract documents, or request for proposals, etc.)
- Lead the project
- Define the solutions to be implemented (estimate the necessary resources)
- Make purchases (subcontractors, materials, etc.) while ensuring that the project budget is adhered to
- Schedule the work
- Communicate: share documents, participate in construction site meetings, etc.
- Possibly propose additional work that was not identified at the outset of the project
- Ensure compliance with production requirements
- Submit and update production details (module and equipment implementation plans)
- Conduct quality control checks before departure
- Oversee the setup of the construction site (in collaboration with the on-site operations team)
- Prepare and submit the project file to be given to the site manager
- Manage the site manager and the field team
- Acknowledge receipt of work performed on the job site
- Acknowledge receipt of the construction project
- Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback and share lessons learned
- Complete the construction project
- Ensure that the initial services are up and running
- The project is complete when the client is satisfied with its operation
- Hand off to the after-sales service team to ensure proper customer follow-up (day-to-day operations)
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of two years of post-secondary education
- Class B driver's license required
- You have significant experience managing finishing work on building projects, ideally in modular construction
