The goal: to quickly set up a reliable production facility to support its business, without having to undertake a major construction project.

To meet this requirement, LocaCuisines has rolled out a modular kitchen rental solution designed entirely for production—one that is compact, compliant, and immediately operational.

The project is based on a temporary 36 m² kitchen facility, designed as a fully self-contained temporary laboratory.

Unlike a traditional kitchen built into a building, everything here was custom-designed:

  • Insulated modular structure installed inside the hangar
  • Controlled sanitary conditions despite the building being unfinished
  • Optimized setup for 3 people in production

This kitchen lab was designed to support an efficient workflow for 200 covers per service:

  • Cold preparation area: stainless steel countertops, refrigerated storage
  • Cooking Area: Compact yet powerful equipment suitable for regular production
  • Washing area: dedicated circuit to ensure forward motion
  • Smooth flow of traffic between workstations to minimize wasted time
