The goal: to quickly set up a reliable production facility to support its business, without having to undertake a major construction project.

The project is based on a temporary 36 m² kitchen facility, designed as a fully self-contained temporary laboratory.
Unlike a traditional kitchen built into a building, everything here was custom-designed:

This kitchen lab was designed to support an efficient workflow for 200 covers per service:
- Cold preparation area: stainless steel countertops, refrigerated storage
- Cooking Area: Compact yet powerful equipment suitable for regular production
- Washing area: dedicated circuit to ensure forward motion
- Smooth flow of traffic between workstations to minimize wasted time
