The We Love Green Festival’s Goal: Rethinking the Dining Experience
A desire to move beyond the traditional food truck model
The We Love Green festival sought to move beyond the traditional model of event catering. The goal was to offer a higher-quality, more comfortable, and—above all—more immersive experience by creating a truly structured culinary space.
Food trucks were no longer able to meet the festival’s goals, particularly in terms of working conditions for the chefs and the flow of festivalgoers. The organizers therefore wanted a solution that would completely transform the food offerings into a cohesive, premium food court.
Significant time and operational constraints
Beyond the experience itself, the project had to meet very strict operational requirements. The installation had to be quick, flawlessly executed, and fully operational as soon as the festival opened.
Therefore, a solution was needed that could be deployed quickly, without technical complexity for the organizing teams, while ensuring service continuity over several days.
A requirement for environmental consistency
In keeping with its mission, the We Love Green festival also placed a strong emphasis on environmental considerations. The goal was to limit the use of heavy-duty structures and instead prioritize a modular, reusable solution that was more environmentally responsible in its implementation, without causing damage to the site.

The LocaCuisines Solution: 15 m² Quick&Eat Kitchen Containers
A compact, fully equipped, and ready-to-use kitchen container
To address these challenges, LocaCuisines has rolled out the Quick&Eat kitchen container, an event-based kitchen solution designed for performance and flexibility.
Four fully equipped 15-square-meter units have been installed on site. Each container serves as a fully functional, compact professional kitchen, allowing chefs to work with their own ingredients under optimal conditions, similar to those of a permanent kitchen.
A turnkey installation
The entire project was handled by the LocaCuisines teams, from delivery through on-site commissioning, to ensure thorough oversight and flawless service quality.
The containers were positioned, connected, and made operational right at the festival site, allowing for immediate use without any complex technical setup for the organizer.
A layout designed for a lively and seamless food court experience
Once set up, the four containers were used to create a full-fledged event food court. Several chefs took turns cooking there, with a rotation organized across the various days of the festival.
This setup made it possible to offer a constantly evolving culinary selection while ensuring a smooth and well-managed production process throughout the event.
A premium culinary experience at the heart of the festival
A culinary experience that goes beyond the usual standards
Thanks to the Quick&Eat containers, festivalgoers were able to enjoy an experience that was completely different from typical festival offerings. Instead of the usual fast food, they savored dishes prepared by renowned chefs, featuring high culinary standards and fresh ingredients prepared on-site.
An immersive outdoor food court
The area around the containers was transformed into a true gathering place, with tables and seating that blended seamlessly with the festival atmosphere. Visitors could thus enjoy a comfortable break in an open and welcoming setting, while having access to premium dining options.

A solution in line with We Love Green’s eco-friendly ethos
A More Responsible Approach to Event Catering
Since the We Love Green festival is known for its commitment to the environment, the use of Quick&Eat containers is part of an effort to reduce the need for large-scale installations and optimize resource use.
The modular design of the containers makes it possible to offer a more controlled, reusable solution that is tailored to the challenges of sustainable events, while maintaining a high level of operational performance.
A New Generation of Event Catering
The Quick&Eat container as an alternative to food trucks
This project perfectly illustrates the Quick&Eat kitchen container’s ability to transform an event catering setup. It makes it possible to move from a setup with scattered food trucks to a truly structured, seamless, and premium space.
