Refrigeration Technician (M/F)
As a market leader in the rental of modular kitchens and professional kitchen equipment, LocaCuisines (a brand of the Locaconcept group) designs and installs custom-made, transportable, and ready-to-use temporary modular kitchens. These kitchens are suitable for all types of off-site catering (canteens, festivals, businesses, hospitals, schools, correctional facilities, nursing homes, etc.). Each module is equipped with high-performance professional equipment: ovens, refrigerated cabinets, dishwashers, sauté pans, storage units, break rooms, dining areas, and more. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will work as a Refrigeration Technician at LocaCuisines.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect equipment and repair it to ensure that it complies with health and safety standards;
- Regularly monitor inventory and perform maintenance;
- Assist in the setup of refrigeration and other systems, and perform any necessary repairs;
- Maintain electric heating systems, reversible air conditioning systems, and plumbing systems;
- Manage orders for the necessary parts;
- Complete regulatory documentation and follow-up procedures;
- Perform maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment;
- Perform the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of refrigeration systems (commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, etc.) or air conditioning and climate control equipment (direct expansion, secondary cooling circuits, centralized systems, etc.), in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
